These terms apply when you use Beam Party, including the Apple TV or Mac app and the phone controller at playbeam.party. Beam Party is operated by Angus McGregor. By using Beam Party, you agree to these terms.

Using Beam Party

You may use Beam Party for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not disrupt the service, attempt to access another room without permission, reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it, or use it unlawfully.

Player names and conduct

You are responsible for the player name you enter and activity from your controller. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or sensitive content. A room host may end a room at any time.

Availability

Beam Party requires compatible devices and an internet connection. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Warranty and liability

Beam Party is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Apple terms

Apps obtained from Apple are also covered by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the Apple agreement controls for the app.
